Well, you can either ride it out or find a way to crank your mood up a notch and feel-good as you ease through your day/project/meeting, not always so easy in the moment so take a look at these ideas below and save some down next time you’re feeling a little low!

Listen to music; music is super emotive as it connects directly to the part of your brain associated with memory so pop on your favourite feel-good track and let the feel-good emotions rise up!
Dance, move your body and shake it out! Let yourself feel your emotions, shaking out the frustrations or dancing with the excitement of reaching a goal or finishing a task!
Connect with a friend; a voice note, email, text or pick up the phone, have a chat, a rant or just check-in.
